#SmallBizStyle: I Spy with My Little Eye...Several Amazing Independent Brands at Once!

Share

Because co-founder Katie and I work together virtually, we're constantly in communication via phone, text, email, GotoMeeting, Skype...you get it.  Often our emails and texts are peppered with images of what we're up to, cool small businesses (or hanging shingles) we discover when out and about, and other daily visual updates.

When Katie sent me this particular photo I loved it and knew I had to share it via a #SmallBizStyle post because it feature so many small businesses creations that we love all in one image!  I've broken it down below!  Enjoy!

Top to Bottom:

1. Katie in her Bolbach Designs Rosie the Bulldog Tank:
As someone who also wanted this cute (and supersoft) tank from designer Jess Bolbach the moment I saw it (and also has a dog-crush on the real life Rosie the bulldog), I can attest that it's the perfect top for summer: it's fun, you can wear it to Pilates one week and with a skirt the next (been there, done that) and it's only $14.00.  Enough said.

2. Minted's Cute New Stationery Options:
Ah yes, my Save the Date propped up on Katie's makeup table is one of the other things I love in Katie's photo.  But even more exciting for you? All the #SmallBizStyle  invitation options that are pouring out of Minted.com! Whether for a work or personal event, they not only sell scores of cards and invitations from small buisness owners and independent designers, they support them even more by hosting conte like this!  Of course, Minted is also run by entrepreneur Mariam Naficy, who you should definitely read about here.  As an aside, they also have the world's best customer service (I've even talked to a live person on a Sunday).

3. Visionary Necklace, Accessories Inspiration from Teich:
I know the Teich boutique team well and I love that they're a classic mom and pop shop in every sense of the word (run by Mom, Dad and sometimes with a cameo from baby) and they sell some of the most amazing and stylish finds for him, her, the kids and the home.  I have literally been staring down and crushing on this Visionary necklace (made from old records) for years, and recently got one for Katie and one for me.  They're like our small business best friend necklaces : )
