FREE LEGAL ADVICE! Yup, I said it! While speaking at the Brooklyn Public Library last week I had the great pleasure in meeting Jeff Trexler of the Fashion Law Institute who told me about their FREE (I can’t help but get excited about free legal advice) series of Fashion Law Pop-Up Clinics that match individual designers with a volunteer attorney who has both fashion experience and expertise related to the question at hand, along with an advanced student studying fashion law for extra assistance. Enough said.
