Five years ago the founder Zaida Khaze had her first baby. Without assistance from nearby family there was little time and energy. By the time her infant was six months and could move independently, diaper changing was problematic.

The turning point for Zaida came when her new family was invited to a barbecue. Like most new mothers she waited until the last minute to clothe her daughter fifteen minutes before leaving the house to avoid getting stained. However, moving the baby’s legs around to put on the outfit initiated a bowel movement less than two or three minutes later. As the infant was trying to turn over, both of mom’s hands were occupied and a soft, mustard-like liquid stained the changing pad, mom’s blouse and the new white dress.

The Wiggletot™ diaper changer became the solution. A prototype was created and used by both of her children. The changer was made with attachable toys because restraining doesn’t stop them from crying. A baby lying pressed against a soiled diaper can be uncomfortable and bothersome.
