Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Kelly Kepner brings a breath of fresh air and creativity into the world of fashion public relations.  Inspired by music, pop culture, art and her travels around the world, Kelly specializes in generating innovative concepts and tailor-made methods to distinguish her clients from the crowd.

In 2009, Kelly Kepner co-founded Haute House PR & Marketing, based in Sherman Oaks, CA.  At HHPR, Kelly and her business partner conceptualized the idea of PRetty by Haute House PR; a fresh and modern take on the “gifting suite” concept of the past.  Media included E! Entertainment, omg! Yahoo, OK! Magazine, as well as several influential celebrities.  Kelly has worked in events surrounding the Academy Awards, Sundance Film Festival, Mercedes-Benz Fashion, BET Awards and HBO which has increased her powerful network as well as her arsenal of PR skills.

Additionally, Kelly travels to New York several times a year to meet with the top fashion and accessories editors each season to go over trends and upcoming editorials.  Each season the editors in attendance continued to grow making this press preview a must-attend for the media. Kelly incorporated a “Pink Carpet Mani Cam” for editors to “walk” on after they received a manicure and developed other unique social media tools, which amplified exposure for all of their clients.

In February 2014, Kelly decided to found a new business, Kelly Kepner PR.  The concept of Kelly Kepner PR is simple, but the results are extraordinary.  After graduating from college with a degree in Communications and having worked for 10 years in the public relations field, Kelly subsequently channeled her voice and passion into the launch of this new and exciting venture.  The goal of Kelly Kepner PR is to provide a variety of established as well as innovative PR methods to help grow new and upcoming brands, and strengthen and provide new ideas and inspiration to established brands by means of social media, press, celebrity placement and events. Kelly is inspired by the concept of women helping other women, and young entrepreneurs building a successful business by using the latest methods to reach the widest possible audience.

Kelly Kepner works closely with celebrities and has seen regular placements on Taylor Swift, Heidi Klum, January Jones, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, The Kardashians, Gisele Bundchen and many more of Hollywood’s leading ladies.  Additionally, Kelly continues to garner her clients’ frequent placements in a variety of publications including Lucky, InStyle, Elle, Teen Vogue, Glamour, People Stylewatch, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and other magazines and media outlets.
