Lisa Mollica

A mother of two energetic toddlers (ages five and two) and wife of a FDNY lieutenant. I have spent fifteen years as a user experience designer and when it came to motivating my young ones and avoiding conflicts, I knew that I had to build a tool. I created KidCash when my son was two. Three years later, I find that I never have to raise my voice, he doesn't beg, he listens, shares and takes care of his little sister and we talk regularly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I know it's this product that's creating much of the harmony. I want to give this same experience to parents all over the world and am working hard to get this company off of the ground and known.
