When sending requested samples to a producer, reporter or other member of the press, a Sample Checkout Form should accompany it - no one wants to lose or misplace samples. This form will detail the items delivered, as well as your company information. The member of the press should sign it and accept full responsibility for returning your products safely to you, in the same condition that you sent them. This is also something we recommend you keep a copy of so that you remember who has what samples!
