Carla Tanz brings her clients twenty years of experience in sales and brand management in the fast paced, competitive, health and beauty industry.  During her years working in-house as a sales and marketing executive she had a hand in building a diverse stable of brands, which includes household names, Bath & Body Works,  Avon, Gucci fragrances and Molton Brown.  As a result, Carla is able to assess each business from many perspectives.  Her knowledge base also extends into the areas of sales and distribution.   Carla has worked with prestigious specialty retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Barney’s New York and Saks Fifth Avenue as well as independent beauty boutiques like Blue Mercury and just about everything else in between.  Her professional experience coupled with a BA degree in Psychology and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior allows her to bring each client a high level of emotional intelligence.
