Alleged porch pirate caught on camera stealing packages

There’s a brand new app called Vyllage, which went live just a few weeks ago.

It works by having users send their packages to a 'Vyllager' who is a homeowner who has passed a background check and signed up to have their neighbors packages delivered to them.

It’ll cost anywhere from $4 to $6 depending on the size of the package.

The homeowner gets a few dollars for holding on to your package and you know your shipment is safely in a neighbor’s home.

"You have photographic proof of delivery, the label showing your name on it, and also a wide shot of the condition of the package to pick it up," said Laura Borland, the founder of Vyllage.
