I Choose Beauty

Introducing I Choose Beauty's new Notes to Self Collection: t-shirts, tanks, posters, coffee mugs and pillows - all with bright colors to lift your spirits, and words to give you strength, comfort and light.

I designed the products based on, or inspired by, notes from my therapy for clinical depression. The words kept me going when I wanted to stop, brought me strength on days I felt too weak to get out of bed, and gave me hope that things really would get better (and they did).

5% of the proceeds go to Mental Health America to educate the public about mental illness and wellness.
